COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the 189514 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 05501027 manufactured by Hines and we are pleased to be able to service most Hines systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2200215 by Manufacturer Himatrix as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hitachi,-Omron Brand S700D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hms such as ABXDEVMPDPS equipment made by Hms have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hms products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hms" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LEP25150 made by Held as well as the popular AZVU5032 original spares produced by Hoerbiger Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BEL080202198612 by Hitachi and ABXDEVMPDPS spares by Hms are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 943434041 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hirshmann. |
